Tasha has been working with clients professionally since 2005. She graduated from East West Healing Arts Institute in Madison, WI, as a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in both Eastern (Acupressure, Chinese Therapeutic Massage and Cupping) and Western (Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Release) modalities.
Tasha has completed nearly 700 hours of continuing education in herbal medicine, aromatherapy, nutrition and energywork. Each session is customized to your body and needs and can include a variety of accessory techniques (cupping, aromatherapy, hot towel compress and/or stone massage) - all of which are included at no extra charge.
Tasha shares her time between working with clients and the family farm. "I absolutely love helping others to better health. My husband Jason and our two daughters grow a variety of vegetables, herbs, gourmet mushrooms and fruit for restaurants, grocery stores and the Westside Community Farmers Market in Madison. I find healing and joy in caring for our flock of chickens who provide eggs, entertainment and work (excellent weed management and fertilization) on the farm."
Matt Safarik, Licensed Acupuncturist, Licensed Massage Therapist
Safarik Wellness serves the greater Madison area, providing Restorative Bodywork to all ages. Our practice combines acupuncture, Traditional Chinese herbal medicine and therapeutic massage for a whole-body system of healing, both externally and internally.
I've been a massage therapist for 17 years and in 2012, became Licensed Acupuncturist. I now practice Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in conjunction with manual therapy to help achieve that balance. Acupuncture with massage is an exceptional and effective means of relieving everything from daily stress to chronic and acute pain from injury, repetitive use, carpal tunnel, nerve impingement, mood disorders, pathogenic infections and so much more.
In our sessions, we also explore lifestyle patterns such as nutrition, digestion, organ imbalance, sleep habits, and movement patterns. My hope is that you come out of our treatments inspired and hopeful, experiencing firsthand the positive change that is possible.

Dually licensed in the state of Ohio and Wisconsin, Holly Dahl has been practicing professional therapeutic massage since 2010. At a fairly young age anatomy and physiology has always fascinated her. Many periods were spent perusing through old medical text books to the point where she could realistically draw the human systems from memory. (Her initial inspiration was to become a medical illustrator, but her life gave a more fruitful path). Being a graduate of SHI School of Medical Massage and Acupuncture, Holly has had a great deal of opportunities to further her mental knowledge into something more tangible. Being fortunate enough to attend a school with an on-site cadaver lab, as well as being exposed to a taste of oriental medicine and the energy lay lines of the body, SHI's professors provided her a deeper understanding that is so hard to come by.
Holly has a very keen sense of the intuitiveness that she feels was planted and has since germinated from the age of six when she began meditating to combat issues she faced. Her previous work experience has been with chiropractors, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists and hospital networks, but the list is not only limited to the medical field. Holly has spent over two years with a highly recommended day spa in Cincinnati and a destination resort who was rated 3rd in the nation, both of which exposed her experience to aryuvedic therapies and body treatments. From babies, children, teens, athletes, expecting mothers and to our wise elders, Holly has worked on all walks of life from those who suffer from a myriad of dis-eases to those who are looking to maintain their current state.
